Double Down Day
In your home training you will notice that there are Double Down Days. Double Down day workouts are repeats from the previous day with different sets of repetition.
To master the moves better and work on muscle memory. If you goal is weight loss & gaining strength then we encourage you to repeat the workout again!
However, you do have the option of jumping forward to the following day for a different workout.

Why I got into the health & fitness field
I was always into sports and fitness. At the age of 4 I was on the National Jordanian Gymnastics team which I pursued for 8 years. Then I moved to basketball with Al Jazeera and The Orthodox Clubs. But the real defining milestone, was about 8 years ago, when I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's disease, a type of lymphatic cancer.
I was 22 years old and my world turned upside down. I went through 5 months of chemotherapy & a month of radiation. Through all the dark days and hard times, I found comfort in fitness. It literally changed my life and that's when I decided to leave the corporate world and make a real difference through fitness!
Inhale was born
Inhale was born in January 2013 with 35 clients and grew to cater 380 in 2019.
Fitness alone wasn't the solution during my fight with cancer, I had to revisit what I put inside my body. I changed my diet 180 degrees and studied up on natural/organic ways to boost my immunity to flush all the chemicals that are in my body. So again, it's 100% both nutrition & fitness!
I have been a proud fitness ambassador for 7 years now, moving forward I hope to spread positive and productive knowledge that leads to a healthier life.
